Payment
I accept payment mainly via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay through the PayPal system using your credit or debit card. Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay by cheque or make a BACS transfer please contact me and let me know which items you would like to purchase and I will send you the details which you will need in order to make the payment. All payments must be made prior to delivery.
Delivery
The delivery costs are included in the prices for both my handmade bracelets and poetry bookmarks. If you are paying by PayPal please make sure you click on the correct PayPal button when placing your order.
All bracelets are wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a Jiffy bag and delivered by Royal Mail.
I generally post items within two days of receiving an order, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery to the UK and Ireland, and 21 days for elsewhere.
Returns Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with the items of jewellery or the bookmarks you buy from me then I will give you a full refund for the product if you return it to me within 14 days of purchase. I can only refund the cost of the item, postage costs cannot be refunded and you must pay the postage when returning the product.
If you are returning a product please contact me to let me know.
Disclaimer
I cannot guarantee that the colours in the images for both the jewellery and bookmarks will look the same on all computer monitors. I do however, try to show all of the images as accurately as possible.
